![]() The Legacy product is popular with many people because of its functionality. From time to time I feel vaguely jealous of all the new functionality - and then I remember I have things to do and get on with it.īecause Legacy works locally, it works independently of the upload restrictions. Even the web version is still coming back for me as 5.33 because I have >50k notes. I haven't 'updated' to v10 at all, and I'm still working exactly as I have for the past few years. Legacy is the place to go if you're having any issues with Version 10 - some legacy features are still to be added back, and some bugs remain to be fixed, and if that gets in the way of your activities, just use Legacy (in Mac and Windows desktop) to go back to the previous 'normal'. That's nothing to do with Legacy - them's the rules for Basic in all its versions. If that exceeds 60MB in a month (which could be a couple of web pages with images.) you'll need to wait until the limit resets before you get access back. Whether that's by attaching files or clipping web pages, you still need bandwidth for the upload. Not sure of your point, but with respect if you create notes on the free plan there's a well-publicised limit on how much data you can save. Not a biggie, since I had the minute to spare.Hi. I have a couple of times had notes take a minute to sync, sometimes seeming to require manual intervention, sometimes just having the green "Sync me" tag retained after sync had happened. I don't discount the issues that others have reported, and I'm prepared to take my lumps if they happen to me. Nor have I had problems with the camera-last night I needed to update a note with half a dozen pages from a book, and I found that the Auto setting worked well to photograph just the pages and not the background, and the ability to crop before saving was very welcome. I have been using it mostly at home on a steady WiFi connection. So far (less than 2 weeks) I haven't encountered the problems with sync or duplication that others have reported. ![]() I do not find it bad at all, but highly functional. I got a new (Samsung) phone recently, and so finally upgraded to v. Before I take the leap, does anybody have any updated comments on the latest Android version? Is it still bad in 2023? ![]()
